Timberlakes Hose off the Firemen 56-44

The Timberlakes came roaring out of the gates with two points in the first five minutes of a rare wednesday night affair. The Firemen took a decent lead into the second quarter, but after that the lakes took over. Justin Knauber after a cold beginning to the game started draining threes. Gabe Ortiz hit some key points even after a recently supposed severe injury, Neil Altomare continued his streak of niceness to opposing teams that streak now stands at 2 games lifetime. Nick Schnedar set a team record for airballs with 5, all happened to be in the same quarter. The firemen were a bunch of pole riding dirty players, when during the third quarter one hairy chested firemen was called for a foul he was then given three subsequent T's. Justin Knauber claimed the after shooting all 6 free throws " My arm hurts a bit." A giant suprise to the Lakes and all of Lake Nation was when resident three point superstar Justin Knauber air balled a free throw. Justin's excuse " My nuts were sticking to my leg". The game ball for this game goes to coach Jeff Hudson for being the number one coach in the league for coaching prowess, basketball knowledge, and general apathy for all other teams in the league. The Timberlakes would all apprecaite it if the fans could make it to Monroe Middle school for the Battle for First between the Timberlakes and the Granger Hurricanes. The game is at one fifteen on February 7th at Monroe Middle School. Watch the Timberlakes, it's infectious.
